奧地利林茲電子藝術節：《震源 Epicentrum》展覽紀錄
國立臺北藝術大學（北藝大）新媒體藝術學系受邀今年的奧地利林茲電子藝術節（
Ars Electronica Festival），隆重推出名為「
Epicentrum（震源）」的展覽。展覽以探討宇宙與世界運行中震動的現象出發，以台灣作為震動發生的源頭節點，進一步呈現人類和世界之間複雜且環環相扣的關係。這次展覽將成為台灣媒體藝術在國際舞台上發光的契機，並加深台灣與國際的聯繫與交流。

當從人類世的地質觀點來看待我們的行星，地球星體被重新視作一個由人類活動影響地層的生態系統，各個存在的層次相互關聯，彼此震動。
「震源」展覽探討電子藝術的如何以資訊作為主體，揭示了有機物與無機物如何連結，並被置於運動之中。經由媒體藝術，展覽呈現台灣如何成為一個發生震動的節點。並在全球局勢日益緊張之下，台灣正證明自己是震盪的源頭之一：地理位置位於構造板塊交界處，獨特的歷史和複雜的地緣政治使其成為一個爭議領地；同時面臨著認同、主權和民主未來的持續挑戰。
倘若技術與藝術的可能在於將原先的遮蔽敞開，跨越不同領域之間的限制，我們便得以從中重新塑造彼此及環境的震動聯繫。

Epicentrum ⊕
When we look
at our planet from the geological perspective of the Anthropocene, we see it as
an ecosystem shaped by human activity, in which the layers of existence are
closely interconnected and subject to vibrations. Epicentrum, an exhibition of
electronics, is revealing how organic and inorganic matter are interwoven and
set in motion.
Through the
lens of media art, the exhibition explores how Taiwan is becoming a node where
vibrations occur. Amidst a tense global situation, Taiwan is proving to be an
epicentrum of oscillations. Geologically located at the convergence of tectonic
plates, its unique historical and geopolitical complexity has made it a
contested territory. Identity, sovereignty, and the future of democracy pose
ongoing challenges.
If art and
technology remove the original barriers and bridge the boundaries between
different realms, we can reshape the connections between ourselves and the
environment and its vibrations.
